CLASS POLICIES
All classes must be registered and paid for at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cannot make a class that you have registered for, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. We will provide you with store credit. If you do not make prior arrangements, you will forfeit your class fee.
If Kid Ewe Knot cancels your class for any reason, we will reschedule your class or refund your money.
There are no make-up sessions except in the case of inclement weather or instructor illness.
Sorry, no refunds for missed classes of a multi-session class.
Class fees do not include the cost of patterns, yarn or other supplies, which must be purchased at Kid Ewe Knot.
Please purchase supplies before the class begins.
Classes start promptly, so please, be on time.
STORE POLICIES
Returns on regular price yarn in ORIGINAL CONDITION, with receipt, may be made within 60 days for shop credit only.
NO RETURN/EXCHANGES/REFUND ON NEEDLES, PATTERNS, BOOKS, NOTIONS, SPECIAL ORDERS, DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING REWARDS) OR CAKED/WOUND YARNS.
Fringe Benefits earned are redeemable on a future visit. Discounts are not redeemable on special orders.
